"This is a small boutique hotel right near Times Square. It’s on a quiet street but right near all the fun things in NYC. The staff at the front desk are all attentive and helpful. "Room was much larger than a typical NYC hotel room. Elevator was fast! Front desk staff members (Brandon was so nice!) were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was close to St. Patrick’s, Rockefeller, and flagship stores (NBA, Hoka, etc.). Central Park was a 15-minute walk. Overall I would definitely stay here again."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It was clear that housekeeping and maintenance were not up to standard. During our stay, pieces of the bathroom ceiling literally fell into the shower, leaving debris on the shower floor. As a result, we could not safely use the shower.
