"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

"The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Prince Kitano once again. I have visited the Kitano several times in the past 5 years, so I am already familiar with the stellar service they provide. I loved the junior suite I stayed in. It was clean, cozy, and perfect for my stay. I also consider the breakfast at Hillside Cafe to be quite delicious! Thank you to everyone at the Kitano property!
