"This hotel is in the center of Florence. You are able to get to all destinations by foot. If you have a rental car, you actually have to pull up in front and they will pick up the car and valet it for you. The only downside is my room didn’t have any air-conditioning so it was a little hot and stuffy at night besides that I would definitely stay here again."

"If you like traditional, charming, unique and personal touch, then this is your place. You are greeted by your name every time you enter the front door. They have staff taking care of all your needs. It’s nice to be away from the hyper modern non personal touch world for a few nights. I highly recommend !"

That said, this is a great value place to stay in Florence that's central, with very friendly staff, clean beds and rooms. Sound-proof windows, too. It didn't block out the screaming teenagers, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just rowdy kids. We'd stay again, for sure. "
