"Off peak stay for one week was great value overall. The room is quite big, kitchenette, sink, kettle, refrigerator and hob. En-suite adequate. Plenty of room in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Air conditioning and a small balcony. The location is perfect, 6 mins walk to Garibaldi (L2) tram station, which goes directly to airport. Also, 12+ bus stops right outside."

"The room and hotel in general were very clean, the reception staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only a 4 minutes walk from the train station which was convenient to get around (and about a 25 min walk to get to downtown Nice). Although it says it in the name, I wasn't aware that the place was also a "residence" (retirement home), so the building is shared between them and the tourists, which was kind of funny to see.
