"The configuration is unlike anything else I have seen. It is a series of houses/apartments across the town that are rented out as hotel rooms. Ours was a 5 minute walk from the main desk. The house looked more like a B&B than a hotel. The room was awesome with a living room, two TVs, kitchenette, bathroom and a king size bed. I would definitely stay here again."

I paid extra to check in early and tried to access the room at 2 (regular check in at 3). I called when the code didnt work and they told me they couldn't verify that I paid for early access but the money had already come out of my account. They wanted me to get all the documents and send it to them so they could review it...
