Memories of staying at grand cont

Staying at the hotel starts with a problem during check-in. It took more than half an hour and coincidentally at that time there were also many people who wanted to check in. So had to wait. It should be fast because the booking has been made online. The hotel is comfortable, clean, has a beautiful view facing the drawbridge which is a landmark and one of the main attractions to Kuala Terengganu. Breakfast has a lot of choices but unfortunately it is not tasty. Cakes, rice, mee and others look interesting but when you eat it there is no taste - tasteless . It is proposed to provide traditional Terengganu food such as nasi dagang, nasi berlauk, nasi kerabu , boiled cassava, pancakes, glutinous rice and dried fish and other traditional foods to be highlighted to foreign tourists. However, food can be found easily because there are many shops and food stalls around the hotel. As well as shopping places nearby. Overall satisfactory, especially in terms of distance to other interesting places nearby. The price of the hotel is also worth the facilities available.

If you are looking for a hotel for business trip, I would recommend this hotel. The room is quite good. A lot of restaurant nearby and walking distance to KTCC Mall. Pasar Payang is only 5 minutes away if u need to get something for your family.

古い？せいか排水機能が良くなく、トイレも洗面も流れが悪い。そして匂う。 風呂場のカビ、冷蔵庫のカビ、目に見えるところだけの清掃しかしておらず、詳細を気にしていないのがバレバレ。レストランもテーブルに蟻が利用するたびにいた。コーヒーカップ、グラスもかび臭い。2日以上の滞在は無理。

Overall it was just an okay stay. The room is quite dusty I guess because we had flu every time we are in the room. The aircond temperature also couldn't be adjusted, you can only adjust the fan whether you want it to be low, medium or high. Other than that it was okay due to this is a very old hotel

LIKE: location, accessibility, easy to get taxi/grab, near to Pasarnita was great, room cleanliness, many power sockets, consideration for 1 hour early check in (at 1pm) due to our tight schedule. UNLIKE: frontdesk staffs not smiling since arrival until check out. Wearing face mask were not a permission for frontdesk persons not to smiling to hotel guest.
