"The hotel is how Cabo was a few years back. Laid back and informal. It’s a great place with excellent food. I would suggest: Food was very slow to table. To sign the restaurant tab to the hotel bill. Add an AC area where the surf boards are located enclose Wasted space. Definitely worth every dollar. Congrats. "

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "This was by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed at in my five years of traveling to Cabo. It’s a brand new hotel and the Hart of San Jose and not only was the hotel. One of my favorites, it was so clean, the amenities were fantastic and the staff was over the top Excellent! "Such a very nice boutique hotel, clean, air conditioned and staff was great! Everything was right out the hotel…restaurants, shops, pharmacies!! the air conditioned was noisy especially for night time sleep plus I wish they had a mirror maybe a long one in the bedroom so one can get ready well the other is in the bathroom! Oh the swimming pool was on the roof top (we never used) but it look cozy and cute! Very well kept!"
