"I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!"

There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "This our first time to stay in Hyatt Zivas. The staffs are great, they are really help us with great service, the only thing that I don’t like is that the alcohol really bad! Example is margarita tastes cheap! The foods are great, the only one bad is Dozo, where the food is bad, bad sushi, especially sashimi. Overall we had a great time. All staff’s restaurants are great, the pool is great the room is great. Can we have discount for 2nd time?😊"

"Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there."
