"From check in to check out and all the in between everything was outstanding! We were so impressed by the wonderful food variety with something for everyone. It was especially amazing dining at the Luna restaurant where the food was not only delicious but a piece of art in the presentation! The waiters Alias, Francisco, and Peria the maid all did a great job. We were especially amazed at the wonderful night shows from various cultures with outstanding dancers, costumes and music. The talent was top notch! Our room was clean and comfortable, I usually don’t get a good sleep on motel beds but this bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me!! We also really enjoyed the warm pool and the smaller less crowded atmosphere of this all inclusive resort compared to the other ones nearby that were larger, crowded and so noisy! The sounds of the birds…finches, wrens and doves as you dine outside was such a soothing and wonderful treat! All around I recommend this all inclusive over others I have stayed at in Cabo! And be sure to support the non pushy but wonderful beach venders especially the brothers Jesus and Jorge. Please let your staff know what a great experience they blessed us with in our stay!!"

"Beautiful hotel with a very calm vibe and great service. Everything was so clean and friendly staff were always ready to assist. Lovely shallow pools surround the walk ways to the restaurants and beach plus beautiful ocean views from our room add to the serene environment. Absolutely stunning! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Altitude Krystal Grand!! We did the Altitude upgrade ( highly recommend) and everything was outstanding. The staff, conceige, greeters, security, housekeeping, wait staff, bar tenders, entertainment crew ( Marco, Daniela, Luis, Juan, Estephanie, just to name a few ) Drinks were yummy and constantly flowing, good was great. But mostly it was the people that made this trip so fantastic. We met aome of the nicest people ( staff and guests), some who we now consder friends. I will say, we hadn't stayed at an all inclusive for many years as we usually do condo rentals, so weren't sure what to expect. Such a great choice. We will definitely be back. Mucho Gracias to everyone at the Krystal Grand. "

"We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms was spotless the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to sit on the second floor swimming pool deck and watch the whales. The pool is small but still very refreshing. This is a very quiet hotel so relaxing. It is not far from all the activities you will want to do and see. We mainly took the public transit to many of our adventures. Shout out to BETTY! Betty is the receptionist and will help in any way possible with her beautiful smile. Thank you Betty for making our stay that much better"
