"Very large room for the price, the rooftop pool was nice and cold but it had a building in construction obstructing the view of the sea. Altogether a nice stay close to all of the action. The kitchen was functional and well supplied except it could have done with some cleaning supplies to wash up dishes."

Once we checked in we had issues with the WiFi and TV not connecting the staff did their best to solve the issue and once learning they needed an engineer they instantly upgraded our room. "HM Playa del Carmen was well located and had a great pool. Our room was very clean though the beds were hard. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. I recommend getting a room not close to the pool bar as it can get noisy at night."
