"We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Our suite was well furnished and comfortable. The cleaners were really quick and efficient. They did a great job keeping the room clean. Our suite faced the street so it could be a bit noisy on the balcony. The restaurant food was overall better than the average all inclusive. We were disappointed to find that our kitchen was locked and we would have to pay extra to access the facilities. We expected this to be part of the package. We would also have liked the hotel to have a separate bar, away from where the evening entertainment, so that we could enjoy an evening there without having to watch the shows etc. Staff were always really helpful and polite. "Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should have been by email and messaged through you. However the lady representative did her best to help me using Google translate. . Had we arrived in the dark there is no way we could have accessed our accommodation. "
