"Excellent service and perfect location for San Blas"

"We stayed one week with our 16 year old son. On check it we were asked to pay an invoice of nearly 3,000 euros even though we had paid months earlier. This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Room was clean but no tissues and mini bar not re stocked even with water, you have to pre book breakfast and dinner every day using the app which is a pain. Bed comfortable and good shower, clean towels...

First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame. 1) security gate broken all week, never required pin once. "This hotel was amazing! So friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there daily and it was brilliant. In the evenings we went out for dinner, so many options available. The rooms are simply fantastic! Our view - wow! The pool was cold but it’s a sea wafer pool, so what else would you expect. They clean the pool weekly and that was great to watch. "

They have great local knowledge, the rooms are clean and they gave us excellent advise on the best restaurants and things to do around the island. The location is great and makes it easy to travel to all the local beaches and towns. We will definitely be returning."

"Fabulous apartments, stunning location and pools. Parasols very hard to get and locked away meaning our time was limited at the pool. Must have a car then it’s the perfect location to explore Tenerife. Would benefit from a good cafe / bar on site selling food and draught beer. Overall brilliant and would return "
