"This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so. I'll happily go back again. "

"We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. "I love the fact that it was 3 minutes away walking from Napili beach . Close to Bobs rentals and close to groceries stores. The one bedroom suite was really nice!! The only thing I did not like that the roosters would start singing like at 330am so I had to turn on a video with raining sounds that way I could hear the singing of the roosters and it did help . "

"Royal Kahana is showing it's age despite the construction going on which made lots of noise during the day. Our unit was nicely renovated. The sliding glass door was noisy at night due to the high winds. Staff and security were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. We would come back."
