"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The resort was very nice and worth the price. The Sunset Cafe food was delicious and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a convenient desk to rent beach gear and to easily schedule excursions. The hotel was a short walk from downtown Grand Case which has excellent food and shopping. "I enjoyed my stay few minor things The bathroom really needs a renovation , it’s outdated and the water in the toilet was yellowish not clear , also the moisture in the room is annoying if you don’t keep the air purifier on the floors sweat along with walls tables etc . Quiet pool area which is awesome but the little bar near it didn’t open til 3-4pm , nice spot but I’ll just spend a bit a more and stay across the street "

"This was the most wonderful vacation! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I have never experienced this level of customer service on any other vacation. Food and drinks were amazing from the restaurants to the beach and pool. The only criticism was that we had a plunge pool room and it’s not a plunge pool, it’s a hot tub. This was one of those vacations that you are sad to leave and can’t wait to come back."
