"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite. "Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel"

"My stay was amazing! The property is about 8-10 minutes from lotus and amore if you enjoy the night life. Captain rib shack was close by. Very quiet location away from the busy area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing, customer service was 10/10. Juliette bistro is walking distance from the hotel. Price was reasonable. The view is breathtaking! I can’t wait to book again!"

" Very clean room right on the beach. My 4th visit. Room was kept clean. Pool not so clean. Staff this time around not friendly at all . They changed the rules on how beach towels are handed out and it wasn’t explained to us until our last night by the only friendly staff member there . Was really disappointed in unfriendly staff we had never run into that issue before . Groceries near by and most places in walking distance . Really bad traffic on the strip at all times . "
