"The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother"

"Perfect for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean also with all the amenities you’d need (shampoo, soap, teas coffees etc). Staff at check in were really friendly also. There was a function on the same night we stayed however we couldn’t hear anything from our room. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It was certainly good value for money. The grounds the hotel are set in are absolutely beautiful with secure parking too. "

"This is a house with hostel style rooms. No reception or anyone to call. Each room has a lock. Didn’t feel safe as a solo traveller. But it was cheap and inside the rooms were small but ok for overnight before early flight."

"I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"Got there a bit early to check in, so headed into London before checking in. Decided to watch a show and checked everything except for when the pub closed. During the interval I called the hotel to say I’d be 30 mins late, they said someone would wait up for us. Got there 30 minutes after closing and the staff member was waiting at the bar for us! Excellent service, above and beyond!"

"Do not stay here unless you are looking for the lowest price possible. This is not a hotel. This is a room. Nobody on site. No parking. Not very clean. Sparse amenities if any. It reminds me somewhat of a homeless shelter."

"Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying."

"I stopped here last-minute as I just needed a room for the night that had parking while working in the local area. It's a basic hotel, but it was good value - the room was comfy, and the staff were friendly. It's probably not a hotel to holiday at, but as a bed for the night it's ideal. You can park right in front, and it's right on the main road, so very convienient and easy to find. There is also a bar, but I arrived late, so it was already closed."
