"I had an exceptional stay at the Langley for my birthday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous & so spacious! The spa is well looked after & very clean. I had the whole women’s spa area to myself for a good hour & it was so relaxing! We unfortunately missed out on using the outdoor pool due to closure for winter but the we did walk the grounds & they’re so well kept & beautiful for an autumn walk. "We had originally booked for two nights as I was having a operation,I checked in and then my operation was cancelled I explained to the staff and I've got to say the staff was amazing,really helpful and managed to move the un used night so that I can use it when my operation was moved to , the hotel has real charm and the room was very clean and spacious,look forward to our next night stay , thankyou for being so understanding "
