"The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. Guests have to walk into the hallway to use the microwave, and the refrigerator in the rooms does not get cold. I was a guest twice at this hotel within the last year, so it's safe to say that this issue with the refrigerators is a problem with them all."

"Firstly, the staff is VERY nice and very helpful. The rooms are clean and hotel is well maintained. It is in a great area and walkable to many different things. The restaurant/bar inside the hotel also is very nice. My only gripe is that 1 of the 2 elevators were not working for my stay so there was always a huge queue of people waiting to use the 1 working elevator. Nonetheless we had a great stay and I would 100% stay here again."

"Overall, my stay was disappointing. There was a lot of miscommunication from the beginning, and whenever we tried to get help, some of the staff came across as passive-aggressive and weren’t very helpful. It made simple questions feel like an inconvenience.
The biggest issue was the room. If you’re staying in a two-bed room, don’t expect much of a view. Ours overlooked an unattractive area, which was disappointing.
