"Excellent views from rooms that face the lake. Outstanding staff. Breakfast was great, aside from all the greedy little birds! (not the fault of the property) Great water pressure in the room, plenty of hot water. The only issue I had was that the bed was just too soft."

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely canโt do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. Itโs also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."

"The location was great - right on the water and close to the castle, shops and boat docks. It was over 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning in the room helped but couldnโt keep up with the heat. The room was comfortable but a little old and dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
