"We loved our stay. The staff was excellent and the room was clean and just what we needed. We had an issue with the AC and I called the front desk and they immediately had someone come to resolve it, though the AC just overall wasn’t super strong. "I cannot say enough good things about this property! My family and I had a wonderful stay, the staff were abundantly kind, the loft was beautiful and clean. Loved every minute. It is in a cute area with lots to offer. Food, Park, Subway all accessible. We will definitely make this our go to hotel when we come to New York!"

"The efforts of excellence & lux is clearly their goal. Quality in design, bed & room amenities… But, Unfortunately our room was not cleaned two times even with the clean room notice indicated. Returning to our room late night to NOT have a clean towel to wash up with, a clean cup to drink from & untidy room is frustrating & unexceptionable. We had to dispose of trash, dirty dishes & dirty linens to the hallway ourselves & repeatedly request basic room supplies. A hotel at this level & cost...

"The Hoxton Williamsburg is a great base for exploring NYC. The front desk staff are super helpful, there is a coffee shop on site with gorgeous pastries. The bar and food offerings of the hotel are second to none. The rooms are small which is often the case in NYC but have everything you need. A proper hairdryer, actually milk in the fridge and even a handy steamer for your clothes. The location is perfect, lots to do around hotel and easy access to ferry and subway to get you to Manhattan....
