"It was our first stay at the Ludlow and we truly enjoyed it. The staff, Omar, upon check in were very helpful and kind. Andy at the door had many great suggestions for bars to check out and Brandy at the bar was very informative about other options to check out as well. We truly enjoyed our room with it's sitting area and lovely furnishings. One negative was our extremely squeaky bed. Beautiful bed, but very noisy even for sleeping. All in all, we loved our stay and look forward to...

"Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was decent size and clean. The room needed some touch ups with paint and lock being broken on door. Service was Absolutely wonderful here. Our favorite part was the pool. So clean and Isabella and Brian took such good care of us, they were friendly and attentive. Our check in and check out was seamless. We will 100% be back to do a longer stay as this is my new favorite hotel in NY. "
