Hotel Dekat Westlight

"Construction at the moment"

"A pleasure"

"Very nice stay!"

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel :) The staff are so incredibly friendly. My room was a great size, felt newly appointed and had floor to ceiling windows. It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

"The lobby staff is attentive and friendly. Personally, I think they should make more of an effort to greet guests as they walk by the lobby desk. Room is clean. The shower water temperature could be hotter. I keep it turned up all the way and it’s never too hot."

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. Staff claimed they had called our room beforehand, but we were in the room and never heard the phone ring. The first indication we had that there was a problem was when the police knocked on our door. I felt embarrassed, hurt,...

"Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay with a city view, but on our first night, we were assigned Room 426 without being informed that no city-view rooms were available. The most frustrating part was that the staff never mentioned this during check-in. We had to notice it ourselves and go down to the front desk to ask, only to find out that the room type we had booked was unavailable. The staff promised to move us to a city-view room the following morning, but that didn’t...

"Simple, clean, and friendly. Location is a bit far from subway but the free shuttle more than makes up for that."

"In any other location in the country this would be a $150/night motel. It was clean and it was quiet enough to sleep, but it’s super basic and there were multiple things broken or breaking in our room. I would have been very happy at $150/night, but at $300+ it was hard to swallow."
