"Salvatore was wonderful. He was kind and met us on the lane as we were walking toward the hotel and took my luggage from me. He recommended three wonderful restaurants. The only issue we did not understand was the breakfast. It was never offered to us and we never saw anyone using the breakfast room. We aren't clear about whether we should have ordered a breakfast or if it was included. Other than that, we would stay there again."

"Great location, but be prepared to walk up many stairs with luggage. No lift. Beautiful location among trees, central to shopping, main piazza, and beach clubs. You can see the sun every afternoon as it shines into your bathroom. Loved the bathroom and the window view."

"Our Host Giacomo was very genuine and helpful. His positive and warm welcoming demeanor made us feel taken care of everyday of our 5 day stay. The room was very bright and clean- I needed to iron my clothes Giacomo offered me a steam iron. We needed extra towels + toiletries after cleaning hours and he arranged for his cousin to make sure we received the items. Overall, professional, clean, 10 minute walk to main restaurant / beech hub. 10 minute walk to train station and 10 minute walk to ferry...

"Eliana checked us in promptly and took us to our room where she explained everything. The room was virtually new. This establishment was located on Corso Italia close to everything. It was no problem getting to the marina, shopping, or a great place to eat. Highly recommend! Thanks Eliana for a great job!"

"We stayed for 3 nights in May while visiting Italy. I can't say enough positive things about the Ara Maris. We were in a room overlooking the rear pool/garden with a private hot tub. We did not miss viewing the sea as we'd seen it throughout the day. The room was spacious and we especially appreciated the double sinks and the separate water closet. The room was well appointed (above and beyond other 5 stars) with flip flops, tote for the pool and a Dyson hair dryer. Appreciated the fresh...

"Cleanest hotel I have ever visited. The bathroom was spotless. Two restaurants. The primary, Zest, is world class. Multiple courses of unique cuisine. The rooftop has a beautiful pool and another restaurant. Both have an outstanding view of the bay of Naples. The restaurant has a wide variety of great food and specialty cocktails. The staff was very well trained, attentive and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and plan to return soon."

"The place is right in the center and close to everything. Very nicely done. Powerful air conditioner - cools the room in no time. Good size bathroom. Quiet even though the rooms were right above the Main Street. If arriving by car, parking garage is a 3 min walk."
