This property is amazing. Every staff member is phenomenal. From the young man who helped with our luggage to the gentleman at check in. He is extremely professional and helpful. He booked us an excursion that we are looking very forward to. The employees in the breakfast room are so sweet and polite. The young girl cleaning our room left it sparkling. The cleanliness of this hotel is next level. The location is perfect. I would give this a 12/10!! We are very much enjoying our stay.

Very lovely hotel, great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast with a beautiful view was also very good. Our only issue was that we found the bathtub extremely slippery but we managed. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was excellent. I loved the location..close to the water and beautiful views of the bay from the 4th floor terrace where you eat breakfast and dinner. Also a short walk to the center of Sorrento! The breakfast was very good and robust. The staff was very helpful and professional. The pool was smaller than I thought but the pool area was nice and relaxing. You can also eat in the pool area. I will be again!

This Hotel exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location! Near the main square, shopping, restaurants, coffee! Our favorite was going down to marina grande which is just a short walk away! Although the room was quite small it worked for us! The roof top bar had the best views and the snacks were delicious! Sorrento was the best part of our trip!

The staff were amazing! Loved the rooftop bar for evenings watching the sunset and over looking the water! It is an easy walk to Marina Grande (minus the hill back up!), and not too far from the shops and restaurants on the piazza.

His leadership is clearly reflected in the outstanding service provided by the entire team. The hotel’s location is excellent, the views are beautiful, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. We loved this hotel! Please ignore my previous review. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was always really good and a great way to start your day with that view. The rooftop bar is just amazing. We looked forward to that every evening. Our only wish was for more storage, especially in bathrooms. We would all stay here again!

The staff was very nice and attentive. This place is a wonderful stay and it’s in a perfect area. Next to the busy town Square but just far enough towards the water and outside of the hectic areas. It was a wonderful place and a wonderful day. We spent four nights here.

12/10 experience — we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Regina and would come back in a heartbeat! The location is fantastic and made it so easy to walk everywhere. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do in Sorrento, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Our ocean-facing room was beautiful, spacious, and had the most incredible balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the view and taking it all in. Breakfast was delicious, with beautiful views to start the morning, and the pool area was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. After long days of touring around Sorrento, we looked forward to spending every afternoon relaxing by the pool. The rooftop was another highlight. We ended up spending every night up there with a cocktail, enjoying the most stunning sunsets. We didn’t even bother visiting another rooftop in Sorrento because the views from Hotel Regina were that beautiful! The hotel itself was spotless, the food was great, and everything was so well taken care of. But what truly sets Hotel Regina apart is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and book every single reservation for us! Highly recommend.
