"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "

"We had a king suite with a sofa bed, separate bedroom and full kitchen, including stove, dishwasher and full fridge. The room was clean and well-supplied with kitchen items like dishes, cups and utensils. All for a price similar to smaller units in some other local hotels. This made our week long stay very comfortable. There was a full hot and cold breakfast buffet, with different hot foods daily. Thus was delicious! Our teen enjoyed the basketball court, pool and workout room too. "

"On our trip from TX to PA we stayed at 5 different hotels. The Residence Inn at King of Prussia was the best by far. The room is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and has everything in the kitchen that one would need. There are outside grills for cooking; a clean and adequate size pool; and lovely outside seating. I am a very “picky” mom re: hotels for my family. I highly recommend this facility. "The room was great. Perfect size with 2 beds and a couch. TV is a little small for the room but ok overall. Some minor issues with our room, bathroom sink was leaky, no a huge deal but be aware. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Looked like it had a patch repair done but never fully fixed. Great experience overall. Loved how the hotel was tucked away a little from the main road. Upon arrival there were three deer outside to greet us. Definitely will stay again next time...

"Everyone was so friendly. Extra props to the one man that was working the night of the 12th who was so super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was great. Sitting outside in the back at night was the perfect way to end the day! Will definitely rebook when I visit that area again. "
