"This place was all about the location and we enjoyed a festive Friday in Phoenixville. Everything was clean though not the most updated. Very tight room but a decent place to lay your head."

When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. "Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again."

"I booked one room king size bed with balcony for my anniversary. Turns out you’re not allowed on the balcony they have the door sealed shut. Room had nail clippers under table that did not belong to us and a flossing pic that also did not belong to us when we arrived into the room. So it just showed no one cleaned the room. Housekeeping did not come not once to clean the room during our stay and we ran out of toilet paper. On this site it says it has a hot tub hotel does not it only has a pool....
