"10 out of 10 would recommend! Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... "

"It was good, the second day the AC wasn't working very well went down and talked to the man at the desk. He offered me a different room no questions asked. He was very nice."
