The staff here truly made our stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, kind, and eager to help. We were only in town for a one-day trip, and they went out of their way to accommodate us with both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made all the difference in such a short visit. It's rare to find people who care this much about their guests. We left feeling genuinely looked after and grateful. If you get the chance to stay here, take it. You'll be in wonderful hands.

The breakfast was great, but the room was falling apart. The pull out sofa mattress was breaking down we found cockroaches under the coach. We stayed one night and asked to get refunded the next two nights, we did not stay and rented a room elsewhere.

Checked in quite late and they were able to accommodate our request for 2 adjoining rooms. Clean and comfy rooms. Location can’t be beat. Starbucks downstairs by the pool (which my daughter sadly didn’t get a chance to use bc of our late arrival). Caters to a business clientele so the weekend rates are much lower than during the week. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best stay for two adults and three kids under age 8. The staff was great the room was very comfortable and clean, there was enough space for all of us to be able to stretch out and relax. I recommend if you are going through phoenix and need a place to sleep then here is your sign. Price was great. I will go back.
