"Comfortable beds. Clean. Just minutes walk to the general store, shuttle, lodge, and tavern. West lodge is dog-friendly. Miles of paved paths lead to the canyon or for exercise. An 8-minute drive to El Cristo Rey Catholic Church or a 30-minute shuttle route. Will stay again. "

"Super clean, simple hotel to sleep at before a flight. I was wary because of the location, but staff was good, and quick and easy check-in"

"Room was large and clean. Ate dinner at the sports bar. Food was just okay. Had breakfast at the cafe. They only had a breakfast buffet because they only had one cook on staff. Food was mediocre. Waitress never refilled drinks."

"Great place to travel with young children! Main pool area is perfect for little kids (but also for adults). loved the pool bar & DJ. My room was kind of far from the main pool area & didn’t seem to be recently updated but it worked fine for us. Breakfast buffet was 10/10."

"I had a 2 night reservation, and I was given a corner room that it was poorly cleaned and very noisy I brought it up to the front desk personnel they offered to cancel my second night and refund me the fee so I ended up staying only one night. only to find out I was charged for the second night anyway. I went to a whole ordeal to try to recover my money to no avail they just flat out lied to me and stole my money"

"Maswik had everything we were looking for. We booked 3 rooms with kitchenettes in the South section for my husband, me and our 4 adult children. The rooms were spacious, the kitchenettes allowed us to eat breakfast in our rooms and make packed lunches for hiking. We ate dinner in the pizza restaurant (twice 🙂) and at the restaurant at Bright Angel Lodge. We loved the location and the lodge."
