"Review from a Type A person, who's also a germaphobe. I've previously stayed at this hotel 17 years prior. My recent trip was my first time back since. Lets start with the great things; staff, room (I am one of those people that HAVE to check for bed bugs, there were none), walls and ceiling a little outdated, but does not impact my review. The first night the heater in our room would not work, so it was cold, but after calling the front desk, they immediately sent maintenance and it was taken...

"I had a suite of two rooms. The upholstery on the couch was ripped. Drapery was ripped. One of the deadbolts did not work. The rug badly needed a cleaning, and had not been vacuumed well (I found two pieces of broken glass). The

area was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly. Guards patrolled the parking lot at night. Breakfast was adequate. I will not return to this property."
