False advertising of pool and breakfast and terrible experiences.
No pool-no breakfast-bad toilets again
Nasty dirty carpet and rooms.
This place is simply horrible. I gave them a second try…shouldn’t have.
1. Six months ago, no water and kids couldn’t shower after playing three games in the heat. Told to come back at six pm-couldn’t even check in to get our room. Insane.
2. Next morning, three teammates had toilet issues. Flooding or not flushing at all and they were simply handed a plunger.
3. Stayed there with hesitancy last night…pool not functional and told go to our sister hotel across the way. Ummm, no thank you!
4. Told breakfast was at 6:30, no breakfast available and was told “no it’s at 7”. We hung out as did two other families and at 6:50 a lady quietly came out and put up a sign “please join us at our sister hotel for breakfast”. She didn’t even say a word to us and if I wasn’t sitting where I was we wouldn’t have even noticed as it was behind a wall. Walked to sister hotel (town place) and guess what - no breakfast “go back to your hotel”
5. Heading up to our room after no breakfast we shared the elevator with a guest who had plunger in hand. Yep, 6 months and toilets still flooding and as a guest you have to fix it yourself.
6. One window was cracked from left to right.
7. Our room had gummy bears and peanuts under the bed and on the floor.
Both stays we were offered nothing, no discount, no apology.
