"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"The hotel has an excellent ocation right by Albert Dock and Liverpool One,and a short walk to the center. We found our room to be very clean, but a bit on the small side. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount). I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Really great staff, brilliant location near the station, within walking distance to everywhere and lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's not obvious in the amenities, but our kitchen had a disherwasher, a very large fridge and freezer box and a dishwasher (with tablets supplied!), plus a Nespresso machine (I would have taken pods if I had known).
