"Very beautiful location and well cared for hotel (both the buildings and the grounds). The hot spring pools were wonderful and a highlight of the visit - better than most of the onsens we've been to in Japan! "The coolest property i have ever stayed. Beautiful panaromic scenery from the room and entire property. The pics of the property on the various websites while beautiful do not do this property justice. The staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Virginia and and Carlos were exceptional host. The dinners at the on-site restaurant were prepared with local ingredients and were fabulous. We stayed 2 nights and wish our stay was much longer."

The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity.
