"This was our second hotel in Cusco we stayed at and this was certainly the best stay. The rooms was large and very comfortable with lots of space to spread around and keep your stuff. I personally loved the built in shelves on one of the walls. The bathroom was a good size and we finally did not have any water pressure issues or had to wait for the hot water to run. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the choice of fruit was really beyond what we experiences before and that was a truly pleasant surprise. This is a historic hotel with beautiful touches of wood everywhere and a little "plaza" in the main floor where you can relax. Hotel provides access to hot water and varieties of teas accessible all the time and we had good experience with the front desk helping us with the taxi to the airport. "

"Junior suite as good in person as in photos. Staff was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in shower. Tea kettle in room was nice."

They were very accommodating with keeping our bags and arranging transportation for us. They anticipated our needs and had solutions ready for their guests. Staff was available 24 hours a day. "Rooms were simple but had a nice design. The common area gardens were lovely. Comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast was fresh and had high quality ingredients. Staff was friendly. As others said, bathrooms were just ok, a bit musty, and could use a refresh and renovation to match the better quality of the rooms and overall hotel itself. I booked ahead of time and got a good price and value. "
