"My experience fell well short of what I expect from a five-star hotel. While some staff were genuinely lovely, service was inconsistent, slow, and often required repeated follow-up. More seriously, I left my AirPods Pro in my room while hiking Machu Picchu, and they were gone when I returned. Find My showed them outside the hotel, and to their credit, staff accompanied me to try to locate them. Police became involved, and I ultimately spent close to four hours over two days searching and filing...

"Amazing stay there with my 13 years old son ! Our room was big, clean and comfy, staff was amazingly kind and attentive. Breakfast was probably the best we had in a month stay in hotels in Peru. We almost didn’t stay here because of few negatives reviews, but honestly I’m so glad we stayed here. It is a little in the high part of the city, but close to many good restaurants and close to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Definitely recommend staying here 😊"

"We visited Aguas Calientes in the winter, the windows in the room where no sealed so moisture came in all day all the stuff feel damp, activity in the little town starts early, there is music from the restaurants around the plaza, people talking, and since the windows are not sealed you can hear everything.
