"Excellent customer service"

"We are so happy with the premises and the Staff. Everyone is awesome and so friendly. Rooms are great and clean."

"This hotel is just 1 minute walk from the main square. It's a beautuful old building and decorated very nicely. The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was nice. I couldn't fault this hotel although there was a lot of outside noise throughout the night but that wouldn't put me off of staying there again. I enjoyed my stay there"

"The most welcoming beautiful stay! The staff were outstanding in each department. The food was excellent. The property is beautiful."

"Very quaint hotel nestled in a side corner of town, easily accessible to shops nearby. The staff was patient, courteous, and very helpful with all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again."

"Everything nice"

"This is a great place to stay in Cusco. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were so incredibly friendly, especially Fiorela at the front desk. Everybody was welcoming and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The airport shuttle is free and was incredibly easy to schedule. I was traveling solo and still was able to book the free shuttle - other hotels required at least a party of 3 for that amenity. Highly recommend staying at Ayni Cusco Hotel."
