"Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos, em especial pela Maria, Juan, Jeferson, Katherine, do desayuno, e pela mascote Kiki, a baby alpaca. Ficaram por dois dias com nossa mala maior, quando fomos à Machu Picchu, e ficamos fora por dois dias. Quarto grande, com ótima cama, banho quente e um café da manhã muito sortido, com boas opções da culinária peruana. Também tem música ao vivo todos os dias, às 18h30 e dispõem de algumas atividades. "This is an historic property with a very interesting history. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Cristobal was particularly helpful. The location is very convenient to the main plaza and also several good eateries just outside the door. We had a room on the first floor and there aren't windows. However, this makes the room very soundproof and there is a lovely courtyard right outside the door where we hung out when we weren't sleeping. We found this setup cozy and convenient. They...

"Staff at the hotel was very easy to work with making arrangement for our stay so pleasant. The rooms are well appointed with modern bathrooms. Room water temperature was cold but after bringing it up to the staff they addressed right away. We will be coming back to Peru and will make sure we stay at this quaint hotel that was easy access to everything including high vistas above the city.
