"Read the other reviews and you will see this hotel will try and overcharge you. They never picked up the phone whenever I called them and never responded to any of the messages. Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. Even when hotels.com called them to dispute the higher prices they wanted to charge me the hotel never picked up the calls. "We stayed in the apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and two balconies with incredible views of the surf and coastline. The artwork of Victor Delfin is incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way. The bohemian Barranco neighborhood is the best in Lima. Highly recommended!!"

"The views were incredible. The space was quiet and the staff friendly. The hotel is near the square and only a 5 minute walk from the market/train/bus stations, but far enough away from the most active places to be calming. Be mindful of the hike up to the hotel! If you can pack extra light, do so. I was lucky to meet a couple of young men to help carry my suitcase up the flights of stairs and the hotel host carried it down for me when I left."
