"We've stayed here a few times and love it. The hotel location, friendly a d approachable staff, the rooms, the amenities are all top rated, as described and well maintained. The parking though pricey is convenient and safe. The location is great for exploring central Budapest and is close to Chain Bridge to get over to Buda side and close to multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the metro and tourist sites. "This was a return visit, having stayed a few years ago…location was close to the market, the river and dining options. Room was large, bed was great. We did not eat breakfast here, but previously it was very good. Staff was very helpful. I would stay here again."

"It was in a good location- close to fisherman’s bastion and across the river from the popular Pest side. Cleaned our room well too. Tried to check in early since we got in at 9am and check in isn’t until 3pm… unfortunately didn’t work but they held our bags for us. They didn’t acknowledge us past check in the 4 days we were there as we entered and exited the hotel multiple times daily. Plus rooms are a lot smaller than I thought they would be… Would say this hotel falls more in the 3/3.5...

"Rooms were clean and friendly staff all round. Did not use Bar as we were out most of the time. Breakfast not right for Vegetarians. Had to eat elsewhere."

The staff were as well significantly at a premier level…. Especially Vivian!!!! The cuisine was very good and the desire to accommodate customized requests just lovely. "The hotel was in a great location. Comfy bed. Easy check in and check out. I did not appreciate the carpet in the hotel room. It’s just pretty gross to me to have carpet in an hotel room. Also it was very misleading in the listing and said that transport to and from the airport was included. It actually costs an additional $55 and was just some guy who was very unprofessional."
