"Das Frühstück wurde à la carte serviert und war qualitativ wirklich sehr gut – die Speisen waren frisch, ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich überzeugend. Leider trübte der Service das Gesamtbild deutlich. Bei Nachbestellungen von Brot, Kaffee oder anderen Kleinigkeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten. Teilweise wurden Bestellungen offenbar vergessen oder gar nicht mehr gebracht. Gerade beim Frühstück ist ein reibungsloser Ablauf aus meiner Sicht essenziell. Zudem empfinde ich es als eher...

Exploring the city was great and coming „home“ to a suite like this made it significantly better. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too. "Had breakfast in our room. A little disappointing as the food could have been warmer and there was no butter for the toast; well I say toast … the bread had probably only had 5-10 secs in the toaster and no colour whatsoever. Had a massage at the Spa which was excellent."

"Comfortable room. The beds and linen are very good. Lobby has a drink station with coffee, tea and water all the time. Staff is courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is quick and reliable. Bathroom is on the small side but functional. The shower door does have a knob that is super hard to pull open with wet fingers. The toiletries are ok, but smells like certain public washroom… "
