"Das Frühstück wurde à la carte serviert und war qualitativ wirklich sehr gut – die Speisen waren frisch, ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich überzeugend. Leider trübte der Service das Gesamtbild deutlich. Bei Nachbestellungen von Brot, Kaffee oder anderen Kleinigkeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten. Teilweise wurden Bestellungen offenbar vergessen oder gar nicht mehr gebracht. Gerade beim Frühstück ist ein reibungsloser Ablauf aus meiner Sicht essenziell. Zudem empfinde ich es als eher...

The hotel is central to all sights and you can easily get around on foot. You are spoilt for choice for restaurants nearby and the hotel decor looks very premium and luxurious. They have a relaxing room you can go to after a long day of walking (jacuzzi and spa), and they treated us with chocolates everyday....

"The place was amazing. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They really helped me with my 3 days in Budapest. They had towel warmers in the bathroom and even a shoehorn The breakfast was big with a lot of choices, unfortunately not a lot of American type breakfast food. I mean salami and oiled vegetablesIt was all good, just different. The only complaint was the carpet in the halls and room was modern to the point of extreme. When I got off the elevator, I thought I was in a...

Bathroom is on the small side but functional. The shower door does have a knob that is super hard to pull open with wet fingers. The toiletries are ok, but smells like certain public washroom… "
