"We haven’t tried their breakfast because we always have to leave very early in the morning. We just grab coffee and bun from the nearby Seven Eleven which taste good too. Their employees are all excellent in their job. The facility is clean. We just felt bad because I reserved a non smoking room but for whatever reason we got a room that allows smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke is a little bit not pleasant; other than that it was a good and pleasant stay. "

"We had truly special and highly memorable stay at The Capitol Hotel in Tokyo. Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, quiet, luxurious, and spacious (we had a corner king with floor to ceiling windows and south and east views of the city). The service everywhere in the hotel is second to none - from room make up multiple times per day, to daily fresh linens and towels, to the warm greetings at every corner, and even small touches like room service leaving an envelope for our unruly bunch of shopping receipts and coiling our phone charger cables and leaving a tie for them. The breakfast was also excellent, as was the check in and check out. The convenience of the hotel being above a metro station was a nice touch."
