"The room was fantastic, but what really did it for us was the staff. From the moment we walked in the front door we were treated like royalty. Even the young lady who took our luggage to our room with us held a nice conversation with us (in English!) When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful (even filled out our luggage forwarding tags for us). We can't wait to go back to Japan just so we can stay there longer."

"Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers ! "

Compared to stays with more immediate impact, this hotel rewards a slower pace and intentional use of its amenities. Overall, it is a high quality luxury property, but the experience can feel muted if you do not fully engage...

"Excellent staff and very welcoming service. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Ginza and very close to Ginza Station. The room was clean, however the bathroom layout was not ideal for couples. The sink being outside and the bathroom not fully separated from the room reduced privacy and could be inconvenient when one person is resting."
