"The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. This misleading information from Expedia created an unpleasant first impression at the hotel. The hotel has old facilities, which are reasonably well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room, water a refrigerator, and a kettle with very much appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Amazing luxury property if you have to travel with the family. Clean, fun, entertaining, excellent staff. Location is a walk away from the shops. Food is disappointing though."

"Stayed from Friday night to Monday morning. They offer a very tasty complimentary Jamaican breakfast, but the portions are small. The coffee was excellent (best blue mountain peak coffee I've tasted at a hotel). The room was small but clean, and offers a kitchenette with a full sized refridgerator! Overall, a decent experience. "The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel."

"My trip was a 10/10, the manager was very hospitable, and so was the supervisor. This place is hidden gem, and the grounds, with the three leveled pools, and close proximity to the beach were truly amazing. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant on site was great."
