"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

"From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and tasty breakfast. The highlight for us was the game room — teens have their own arcade/lounge space and toddlers have a dedicated soft-play area, so nobody’s bored and everyone’s safe. Makes traveling with a 3-year-old and a teenager way less stressful. Would stay again."

"I love the natural beauty of the property, and the seaview. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was good but very limited. Property relatively clean, however some more details need to be paid to deep cleaning eg. the bathroom doors were dirty and termite dust was in the closets. Also more attention need to be paid to bartender.I ordered for myself and my daughter, he brought my daughter’s order and not mine saying he did not hear my order. That was it he didn’t try to reorder I had to eat a snack in my bag as a meal for the night."

"I spent five incredible days at Jamaica Inn celebrating my 39th birthday, and I can say without hesitation that this hotel exceeded every expectation. I arranged my transfer directly through Jamaica Inn, one of the best decisions I made. My driver, made sure I was comfortable, offered refreshments, and pointed out historical landmarks and attractions along the route, keeping up such pleasant conversation that the ride felt far shorter than it was. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the entire reception team and offered a welcome drink, which I gladly accepted, followed by a brief tour of the grounds. I learned there was a large tournament being hosted at the hotel that weekend, and the staff proactively offered me a complimentary room upgrade to a quieter section of the property, moving me from a Premier Veranda Room to a beautiful Blue Cottage where my front door was just steps from the private beach. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. As an early riser, I was often outside at 5 or 6 AM — and without fail, I found staff already combing the sand, clearing any debris so guests could enjoy a pristine beach all day. Jamaica Inn delivers the perfect blend of Caribbean luxury and old-world charm. This is not your cookie-cutter resort experience. Each room features classic coastal décor with sweet, personal touches that make you feel genuinely at home. Thank you to the entire Jamaica Inn family for making my 39th birthday one I will never forget. I cannot wait to return."
