"It was a very pleasant stay. the checking in and check out process was swift and painless. The only issue I had was with my parcel that I had left at concierge. I requested for the 2 concierge staff to help me tie it up in order to make it easier to check in at airport. When I returned at night to go to airport, the parcel was very poorly tied up with tiny pieces of cotton strings attached together. It was too late to remedy the situation. My past experience with them had always been pleasant, this time round was a surprise, "
