"Not a lot of options on Secrets side as it was Dreams. Appreciate being able to use both resorts. Beach & pools close early, and did not like having to reserve the cabana beds, it should be available for everyone to use while on the beach. Loved the Circus & Michael Jackson event. We had a situation with 2 staff members who made us feel ridiculed because we didn’t speak Spanish. The rest of the staff was very accommodating. The property was very clean and the food was very good. Appreciated the cool towels upon arriving & check out. Liked that the hotel called a taxi on our behalf when checking out. Very beautiful resort. The landscaping was gorgeous and nicely shaded where possible. Enjoyed all the water bottles they stocked in the room along with snacks. Appreciate having an iron in the room. The bars were very nice but not everyone knew how to make certain drinks. We were there for our anniversary and we advised the staff upon checking in but we had to ask for our own happy anniversary banner across the door. No one put it there pro-actively on our big day, so that was disappointing."

"Pienso que el hotel te invita a un concepto de alto nivel y relajación por cómo están las instalaciones pero la música hace que cambie el ambiente totalmente. Si no te gusta la música alta tipo bachata no te recomiendo este hotel entiendo que deberían de segmentar los lugares donde poner esta música no a todos nos agrada como el lopesan costa bávaro hay áreas más relajadas pero en este desde el lobby tienen esta música que no es música de lobby y no permite a algunos huéspedes relajarse. Pero todo lo demás buenisimo"

"This hotel is very modern. The pools are very clean and beautiful. The room smell clean and well kept. The king size bed was so comfortable, slept well every night. Went to celebrate my girlfriend’s milestone birthday and the staff took good care of all of us."
