Hotel murah di Peaslake

"Had a great stay atvyhe Hurtwood. Found it by chance. Great village with plenty of walking direct in to the Surrey Hills as directed by the lovely lady who checked us in. Room very comfortable with fresh milk provided. We found the car park easy for a big car, but would not be so easy in season I think. Dinner in the bar was excellent and good portions. Breakfast cooked to order also great. Will go again. Thank you."

"The central forced-air heating had been turned off throughout the hotel after a recent heat wave. When we checked in it was 13°C outside and the room heat would not turn on. The Duty manager was unable to turn it on after five phone call attempts, requiring 20 mins wait each, allthis lasted until past 2AM, and waked-up by this manager calling to see if it was working yet. It was not, it was blowing colder air in to our room. He tried to move us to another room and same issue there, after 30mins...

Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. Good to know - Air conditioning units were being installed in some of the bedrooms as I left!!"
