Nice surroundings. Food good. Staff ok. Room 7 too much noise as literally by the entrance to the hotel. Also a pipe connecting the rooms between the walls was really loud if flushed or showers on. Overall lovely stay but rooms 6 and 7 avoid. We had no choice as only rooms available due to a function.

Fabulous overnight for early morning flight from Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, friendly and felt far away from the bustle of the airport which was only 15 mins away. Highly recommend.

Convenient and easy access to the airport

We would rate our one-night stay as totally fine! Everyone was helpful and welcoming. The hotel was pretty quiet, as it was Christmas Eve, though the walls are thin, and we could hear other guests throughout the stay. We had a drink at the bar and had dinner in the restaurant - the service was good at both, and the food was a bit above average. We also took a walk around the area, and though there aren’t necessarily designated walking places for pedestrians, the surrounding neighborhood was green and serene and beautiful. The hotel helped us arrange a taxi for the morning (Christmas), which was helpful.

Fabulous location, well maintained, food quality/price excellent. Lovely surroundings, if your looking for a hotel in peaceful settings without the normal holidaymakers chaos it’s well worth the visit.
