"We arrived and check in went great. One of our rooms weren’t ready (which we were checking in at 5pm so it should have been ready). Anyway we rented two rooms. One room was great. Updated and up to par. The other had 3 cockroaches in it AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. Called front desk and he said he would be up to spray. After 15mins he never showed. Called front desk again and he searched and found us a better room on a different floor. That room was ok. Staff was extremely helpful....

"The stay was nice however we had a 4th room floor and the elevator button was not usable. So instead of being able to use the stairs and we are over 60. I asked the front desk if they could move us to a floor that had a working elevator and was told no. They did fix it fairly quickly thankfully. The only other issue was a lack of carts. We didn't arrive at a busy time but the lack of cart is an easily correctable issue. Location was very good, the place was well kept up and the room was very...

"Ignore the rating!!! This is a 100% honest review. We will never stay here again. There are cockroaches in the room. They weren’t big but I don’t care. 1 roach is 1 too many, more less 2 of them. This indicates a problem and infestation. This hotel has a bar connected in the same building. It would probably be ok but they were bbq-ing in the parking lot and all of the drunk people were out in the breezeways of the hotel fighting. My family and I were so scared we took turns looking out the...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities. It was also very easy to find and access. There are a few areas that could be improved. The mattress protector and bedding could have been a bit cleaner, and the room could have had a fresher, more pleasant smell. Also, the water temperature was not always as comfortable or consistent as expected. Despite these details, the...
