First of all the was very nice and clean but Costomer service was bad when I was checking in I was supposed to get a king size bed but they give instead 2 twin bed they want to pay every morning 20 dollars just to eat breakfast 6 dollars each day to go to spa you know in Paris it’s very cold I use to that temperature so I went to the lobby to ask them to set the heater they told me they none available at this moment for my room so I stayed from the December 26 through January 2 nobody did nothing the room was very cold it’s-3 from where I’m , the day I leaving the hotel someone told go ask them for bottles water cause I wanted to take blood pressure medication the front desk guy to me we don’t have water anymore that’s it overall my experience was not they way I was expected front staff need more hospitality from my opinion cause Costomer come first so never change my room cause they supposed to cause I didn’t book two twin bed anyway and I get any difference from my money.
